Hi Everyone.
Total chaos in 201 each day after school. But . . . most of you have selected your event, and a lot of you have already turned in your checks and picked up your official WADECA T-shirts. Great job by YOU! Special shout-out to John Swanson, who came and bailed me out a couple of afternoons. Thank you, John. If you don't have an event chosen yet, DO IT NEXT WEEK! Without an event you can't prepare for competition and everyone now has an edge on you. We have 390 members already signed up, two weeks left! See Mr. Rogers in room 201 to sign up or change your event! Mentoring: Do you want a competitive edge? Do you want to go to ANAHEIM? Mentoring is for you! Fill out the "Ask Abby" form and we will get you paired up with an officer to help you! CONTEST: The WADECA Leadership Team is locked away in private meetings all weekend to come up with a contest for the current club members. More and more pictures of our handsome & gorgeous members (you know who you are) will be appearing soon from past competitions and events. Training Classes: Next 2 weeks on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, we will be meeting and learning about Schoology and NEO, so that you can start training for your event. Each class will be the same, in order to accomodate your busy schedules. You need to get to 1 of these classes or you won't have much of a chance in competition. Classes after that will be actual role play practicing, then you can start coming to as many as you want. Summary: pick your event a.s.a.p., keep the checks coming, pick up your t-shirts, come to a training class, and pay attention to our social media.
